We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to support tender, contract, and sales operations through timely coordination, accurate documentation, and efficient administrative support. Key Responsibilities Tender Administration Review tender documents to extract relevant requirements for distribution to relevant stakeholders for follow up actions Assist in preparing Bill of Materials (BOM), filling up tender-related forms, and compiling complete tender submission documents. Monitor tender timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure submission deadlines are met. Contract Management Draft and prepare maintenance contracts in accordance with agreed terms. Maintain contract records and track renewals or updates as required. Leads Administration Source through various portals to identify relevant leads and assigned out to the appropriate sales personnel Ensure all incoming leads from various channels are promptly logged and assigned to the appropriate sales personnel General Sales Support Provide administrative support to the Sales Team to facilitate smooth day-to-day operations. Ensure accurate and organized documentation of all sales and tender activities. Liaise with internal departments and external parties as needed to support sales processes. Guide Sales Team on file management and proper documentation practices and usage of sales toolkits Requirements Possess at least a Local Diploma At least 2 years of relevant experience We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
