We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Network Engineer
Responsibilities:
Perform basic administration and check to ensure system is running as expected in terms of performance and security.
Generation of Monthly Reports.
Serve as the Technical Support expert and capable of handling escalations, incidents, outages and infrastructure challenges.
Develop & maintain technical and configurations documentation.
Evaluate and upgrade firewall hardware and/or firmware.
Support Level 1 Engineers during problem determination and resolution whenever necessary.
Maintain standard operating procedures (SOP), processes and guidelines.
Willing to do 24 X 7 standby.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Engineering / Information Technology, or the related field.
At least 1 year working experience in IT Support, Network, Systems, Cyber Security type function.
Familiar with Cisco data center switches, Routers and Firepower.
Strong knowledge on firewall and network infrastructure topology.
Ability to work independently or as a team player.
