What you'll do: Overview The primary responsibilities of this position include driving business growth of Power Distribution Solutions in East Asia (EA), including MV Switchgear, RMU, Transformer and Busway. The role acts as a business owner for the subject, managing the product positioning in the EA region and working closely with the country sales teams and corporate vertical team to define the business strategy, action plans, and follow up deployment in each country of EA. Reporting to the Business Development Director for PD East Asia. Responsibilities Leading and responsible for all business strategy to grow Power Distribution solutions business in East Asia region. Align with country sales and APAC vertical team, to position all Power Distribution solution in the region. To define the growth initiatives for Power Distribution Solutions including targeted segments, offer positioning by segment & channel, go to market strategy, competition, etc. Supports the countries to achieve profitable growth on existing offers: price positioning, promotion plans, specific marketing actions, etc. Provides technical support to the sales teams and customers; advises sales staff and customers on packaged solutions including MV & LV switchgears, Transformers, busducts etc. for specific segments (Data Center, Utility). Determine marcom plans for implementation and driving demand generation with our value propositions. Arrange necessary training to improve competency of sales. Conduct market study to identify customer needs, market trend, and competitive landscape; Manage market intelligence and provide feedback to manufacturing plans, Asia Pac vertical BU and Global product line for product requirement in market and price competitiveness in market. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System: Implement the process approach and risk-based thinking Provide the necessary support to fully implement and sustain the QMS Communicating to the organization the importance of conforming to QMS requirements Ensuring the QMS meets its goals Engage, direct, and support individuals contributing to the QMS Create a culture of continuous improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering At least 5 years of relevant work experience Skills: Product Management or Sales experience with either Medium/Low Voltage Assemblies and/or Low Voltage Switchgear products is preferable A. Experience in the following is desirable: Competitive benchmarking of features and price New product requirement definition Business plan development Value proposition development Product launches Developing sales collateral Sales training Excellence personal skills as to be able to manage without authority Fluent in written and spoken English.
