We are currently seeking an experienced IT professional to join our Group Technology & Digital Platforms Team in the capacity of Senior Product Manager. Overview of the role The Senior Product Manager will execute Blue’s B2 C mobile app strategy, delivering exceptional user experiences while driving business outcomes. This role involves overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless and innovative mobile experience. What you will do Develop and communicate a clear roadmap for Blue, within the relevant POD, aligning with company goals and user needs. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, including ideation, design, development, testing, launch, and optimization. Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and engaging app experiences. Analyze customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor offerings to identify growth opportunities. Advocate for the user by ensuring the app meets customer expectations, resolves pain points, and enhances satisfaction. Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product success and inform future iterations. Manage and prioritize the product backlog, balancing technical feasibility with customer and business needs. Make data-driven decisions regarding product features, functionality, and improvements, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. Assess the financial viability of product initiatives, optimizing for revenue, cost efficiency, and ROI. Required skills to be successful. Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement. A passion for B2 C product development and user experience. Preferred Attributes: Familiarity with Agile and Lean methodologies. Experience in designing mobile apps for international audiences. Knowledge of emerging mobile technologies and trends. Technical and Behavioral Competencies Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, FIGMA etc). Understanding of mobile app development frameworks and technologies. Ability to analyze and interpret app performance data. UX/UI design principles and user testing methodologies. Strategic thinking and vision-setting. Strong problem-solving skills. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Adaptability in fast-paced environments. Empathy for end-users and stakeholders. Customer-focused mindset. What equips you for the role Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science or any related field. At least 7 years in product management, including 3+ years in mobile app development for B2 C markets. The role requires advanced judgment and the ability to synthesize insights from multiple sources to arrive at clear, actionable conclusions.
