Expertly prepare and cook our signature Mala Soup and Mala Stir-fry. Uphold the highest standards in food quality, preparation, and presentation. Ensure impeccable kitchen cleanliness, hygiene, and full compliance with all food safety regulations. Manage inventory for ingredients and supplies to minimize waste and ensure consistent stock. Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely food preparation and smooth service. Train and guide junior kitchen staff in Mala Xiang Guo preparation techniques. Requirements: Proven experience in wok cooking, specifically with high-heat, fast-turnaround dishes. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen hygiene practices. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining meticulous quality. A genuine passion for Mala cuisine and creating memorable guest experiences. A collaborative team player with solid communication skills. Previous kitchen leadership experience is a strong advantage; we will train candidates with the right attitude and skills. A Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
