Uphold all policies, procedures, and quality standards. Delegate tasks and lead briefings to optimize team performance. Deliver excellent service by greeting guests, resolving issues, and gathering feedback. Assist customers with self-ordering kiosks. Monitor and maintain inventory restocking. Ensure cleanliness and safety across all dining areas. Manage supply orders and control costs to minimize waste. Requirements: Ability to speak basic English and Chinese is preferred for liaising with our diverse team. Candidates comfortable in a Chinese-speaking environment are especially welcome. A natural leader with a passion for exceptional service. A positive, energetic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment. A proactive multitasker, always ready to support the team. Previous leadership experience is a strong advantage, but a great attitude and willingness to learn are most important. A Food Hygiene Certificate is a plus.
