Creative Content Designer - Monee Credit Join to apply for the Creative Content Designer - Monee Credit role at Monee Job Description Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to draft, refine, and implement brand guidelines across all touchpoints. Ensure consistency and excellence in design execution across in-app assets, social media, video, and campaign materials. Develop scalable design templates and toolkits for regional and local teams. Continuously explore, test, and integrate generative AI design tools (e.g., MidJourney, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.) into the creative process. Identify opportunities where AI can improve content quality, speed of delivery, and creative experimentation. Share knowledge and provide training to upskill local designers on the effective use of AI tools. Partner with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, local designers) to ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals. Balance creativity with efficiency, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets for both regional and local markets. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Design, Multimedia, Communication Arts, or equivalent experience. More than 3 years of experience in digital design and motion graphics, preferably in a fast-paced marketing environment. Strong portfolio showcasing in-app banners, social content, and video/motion graphics. Hands-on expertise with industry-standard design tools, including: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)Figma or Sketch for UI/UX and layout design Canva or similar platforms for scalable content production Video and animation tools (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Cinema4D)Experience using Generative AI design tools (MidJourney, DALL·E, Runway, Stable Diffusion, Adobe Firefly, etc.). Understanding of social media best practices, trends, and performance-driven design.
