Senior Technical Instructor
The Senior Technical Instructor serves as a principal member of the Global Enablement organization's Technical Enablement team, responsible for empowering employees, partners, and customers through impactful technical education on Pure Storage technologies. This role demands a learner-focused, innovative approach—leveraging in-depth technical knowledge, modern instructional practices, and business awareness to consistently raise technical proficiency across the organization.
Impact and Success Measures
Performance is evaluated by the instructor's effectiveness in engaging diverse audiences, advancing learner capability, sustaining high satisfaction and learning evaluation scores, and collaborating across business functions to ensure enablement resources remain relevant and effective.

Deliver instructor-led technical training sessions, both in-person and virtually, to employees, partners, in the APJ region.
Design, deploy, and maintain robust lab environments for realistic, hands-on learning, and technical skills practice.
Rapidly assimilate new technologies, product updates, and enhancements with minimal supervision, ensuring training content and delivery is always up-to-date.
Contribute to the creation, upkeep, and refinement of technical courseware and learning content, working collaboratively with Curriculum Development, subject matter experts, divisional partners, and stakeholders.
