Roles & Responsibilities

崗位職責:

1、負責已邀約客戶的銷售與轉化;

2、通過各種銷售技能,為轉化率負責;

3、通過各種話術或活動方式,增強客戶粘性,提升轉化能力,降低客戶爽約率;

崗位要求:

1、極強的自律能力,超負責任的工作態度;

2、擁有销售經驗,销冠優先;

3、為人有親和力,有基本銷售技能,善於變通,不拘泥於話術,能夠抓住客戶心理,針對性突破。

4、有極強的責任心,對轉化效果負責;

Job Responsibilities

1. Be responsible for the sales and conversion of invited customers.

2. Ensure the conversion rate through various sales techniques.

3. Strengthen customer stickiness, enhance conversion ability and reduce customer no - show rate through various communication tactics or promotional activities.

4. Take charge of building personal IP as a consultant.

Job Requirements

1. Have extremely strong self - discipline ability and a highly responsible work attitude.

2. Possess sales experience, with top sales performers preferred.

3. Be amiable, have basic sales skills, be flexible, not be rigid in communication scripts, be good at grasping customer psychology and break through problems targeted.

4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and be accountable for conversion results.
