1、负责已邀约客户的销售与转化； 
2、通过各种销售技能，为转化率负责； 
3、通过各种话术或活动方式，增强客户粘性，提升转化能力，降低客户爽约率； 
 
岗位要求：
1、极强的自律能力，超负责任的工作态度；
2、拥有婚恋行业、美容从业经验优先；普通话流利者优先； 
3、为人有亲和力，有基本销售技能，善于变通，不拘泥于话术，能够抓住客户心理，针对性突破。
4、有极强的责任心，对转化效果负责； 
5、具备内地生活/工作背景者优先。
