
Inside Sales Specialist

Key Information:
- Working location in Tuas
- 2-way company transport to/fro Joo Koon MRT
- 5 day 8am to 5pm
- US MNC
- Preferred Industries: Metal, Oil & Gas, Precision Engineering
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and issue timely sales quotations.
- Manage daily order entry, tracking, and delivery coordination.
- Consolidate customer demand and prepare accurate sales forecasts.
- Review contracts and relay key requirements to internal teams.
- Follow up on outstanding payments with customers and finance team.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and internal departments.
- Collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality teams.
- Participate in internal and client meetings.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of inside sales, order management, or customer support experience
- Experience in metal/ raw material metal manufacturing, precision engineering, Oil & Gas or distribution industry
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Excel; Oracle experience is a plus
