About the Role:

This is a senior management position responsible for executing sales goals for the region. You will be working closely with the Admissions Team to forecast and achieve student enrolment targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop admissions strategies through information analysis and recommendations.
  • Establish functional objectives in line with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure student enrolment in the school by adopting relevant best practices to improve parent engagement and experience.
  • Meet the monthly admission target by managing end-to-end marketing and sales strategy across the defined territory.
  • Ensure all relevant details are updated on the CRM/Hubspot for reference and review.
  • Plan and execute regular training and knowledge enhancement sessions of the team on the use of various sales tools and counselling techniques.
  • Motivate, inspire, train and support the team for achieving the predetermined targets of student admissions.
  • Regularly plan and conduct parent engagement events and open houses to drive walk-ins and conversions.
  • Develop and monitor statistical reports to enhance recruitment strategies, yield management, forecasting and operational efficiency.
  • Manage data compliance and documentation as per regulations set by the local authorities.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Communications, Customer Service, or a related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
