Role Overview Manage and execute our growth marketing, digital marketing and marketing strategy planning with a focus on Social and Programmatic. Key Responsibilities Paid Social and Programmatic Media planning and buying on Facebook, Google Ads, IG, Tiktok and other social and programmatic platforms. Run both ‘always on’ and ‘tactical’ paid ads campaigns according to goals (for brand awareness and leads generation) and budgets assigned and carry out continual monitoring and optimisation of paid ads campaigns and ad sets to ensure efficient spend, pacing and good optimisation so that metrics such as ‘Cost Per Lead’ and ‘Cost Per Mille’ are kept low. Manage the channels accordingly to ensure content is aligned with the brand guidelines and the brand image and grow feelings of brand companionship and brand love. Produce weekly social and programmatic reports including insights, measurements, keywords research and search trends. Help to manage and maintain our social and programmatic assets. Configure integrations, measurements, attributions, conversions and dashboards. Use GA4 and UTM codes for tracking and attribution. Strategy and Insights Use data and insights to inform marketing and business strategy related planning. Analyse data, maintain dashboards, create powerpoint slides and generate insights. Assist with conducting primary and secondary research such as email surveys, interviews, focus groups, web searches, scientific literature review and considering various documents and primary sources. Ad hoc tasks Carry out other ad hoc tasks as and when asked to. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with: Various internal and external stakeholders on growth related initiatives. Brand and Community to integrate their brand and community initiatives into your work. Content and Education to integrate their content and education initiatives into your work. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social and programmatic. Experience in other areas of digital marketing would be highly advantageous. Experience in integrated marketing and business/marketing strategy and insights would be highly advantageous. Experience working with agencies. Polished communication, good analytical and problem-solving skills. Passion and interest for preventive healthcare, lifestyle medicine and longevity medicine is desirable. Relevant degree or diploma would be highly advantageous.
