About the Role:
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is a couple of years into their career in a pre-sales, sales engineer, or solutions engineer type role. The Product Specialist role focuses on building strong relationships with customers, helping them understand and leverage advanced AI technology to meet their needs. You will play a key role in managing the Proof of Value (PoV) phase and supporting successful implementation, making use of your technical acumen and customer-facing experience to drive success.
You’ll be part of a dynamic team, working alongside Account Executives to convert prospects into customers, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customers get the most from their AI investment. As a Product Specialist, you’ll be expected to provide deep product knowledge, expert guidance, and technical support for clients, ensuring they receive optimal value from the technology.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Account Executives to manage Proof of Value (PoV) executions and lead live projects from planning through to the final review.
Use your technical expertise to provide customers with valuable insights and guidance, tailoring solutions to their specific needs.
Be the go-to expert on the company’s technology, providing support to the sales team in converting prospects into customers.
Engage with customers during the PoV phase to understand their use cases, help them implement the technology, and ensure their success.
Act as a trusted advisor and technical authority to clients, addressing any challenges or questions throughout the PoV period.
Work closely with the Support and Technical teams to resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth deployment and optimal performance of the product for clients.
Requirements:
A couple of years of experience in a pre-sales, sales engineer, solutions engineer, or similar technical/customer-facing role.
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a top 100 ranked university worldwide.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences, with the ability to explain complex solutions in a clear and engaging manner.
Problem-solving mindset, with a strong ability to understand customer needs and design appropriate solutions.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
Well-organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
Knowledge or experience with eDiscovery or similar legal technologies is desirable but not essential.
