Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction, erection, alteration, and dismantling of formwork structures. Ensuring compliance with Codes of Practice and safety regulations is also a key aspect of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret architectural and structural drawings to accurately understand project requirements
  • Assess the construction strength of materials, shoring, and support systems
  • Lead and coordinate formwork teams on-site to ensure efficient completion of projects
  • Monitor daily progress to guarantee timelines and quality standards are met

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Formwork Safety Courses and BCSS certification
  • Formwork Supervisor certification

About You:

We are looking for an individual with excellent negotiation skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in construction management.
