Job Title: Site Manager Construction Formwork

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Site Manager Construction Formwork to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to work on exciting construction projects and take on new challenges.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the construction site, overseeing the installation of formwork, and ensuring that all works are completed safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning to completion, ensuring that all tasks are executed on time and within budget.
  • Formwork Installation: Supervise the installation of formwork, including the preparation of site materials, erection of scaffolding, and placement of reinforcement bars.
  • Safety Management: Develop and implement safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of construction workers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction management, particularly in formwork construction and reinforcement bar installation.
  • Relevant Certifications: Possess a Building Construction Supervisors Safety (BSCC) certificate, Certificate in Lifting Supervisor, and Certificate in Scaffold Supervisor.
  • Languages: Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
