With over 13,900 employees, Sime Motors is a leader in automotive assembly, importation, distribution, retail, and after-sales services.**What You’ll Be Doing**As an Executive, Finance, you’ll be managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable and Payable processes, support intercompany transactions, and drive financial accuracy and compliance.**Accounts Receivable (AR)*** Manage customer invoicing, maintain accurate sales records, and reconcile accounts.* Monitor aging reports, follow up on collections, process necessary adjustments, credit notes and refunds.* Resolve billing issues in collaboration with internal teams.**Accounts Payable (AP)*** Manage supplier payments across various methods and ensure records are accurate.* Process electronic, GIRO, and cheque payments.* Prepare financial documents and resolve any outstanding credit balances with suppliers.**Intercompany Reconciliation*** Handle intercompany billings, monthly reconciliations, and resolve variances.* Coordinate with group finance and related entities to support consolidation efforts.**Cashflow & Banking*** Handle banking-related queries and ensure smooth communication with internal and external stakeholders.* Accurately prepare payroll entries and support commission payments in line with company policies.* Support commission payments as per commission structure.**Process Improvement & Compliance*** Support efforts to enhance finance processes for greater efficiency.* Help ensure financial operations meet internal control standards and regulatory requirements.**Other Duties*** Serve as a point of contact for AR/AP-related queries.* Support ad hoc finance tasks and projects as assigned.**Who We’re Looking For*** This is a 12-Months Contract position* Diploma and above (or equivalent)* Minimum 3 years of working experience in a finance or accounting role.* Proficient in Microsoft Excel.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.* High attention to detail* Mature thinker with a proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.* Be part of a trusted brand with a regional footprint.* Work with cutting-edge automotive technology.* Grow your career in a supportive, performance-driven culture.* Enjoy structured training, career progression, and employee benefits.
