About this role:

We are seeking a dedicated and caring professional to support our medical team and ensure a smooth experience for our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a trusted medical clinic, providing top-notch care to patients primarily from Japan.

As a Nurse or Clinic Assistant , you will be responsible for assisting doctors with medical procedures, patient assessments, and follow-ups.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting doctors with medical procedures and patient assessments
  • Performing basic clinical tasks such as measuring vital signs, preparing examination rooms, and handling medical instruments
  • Managing patient registration, appointment scheduling, and administrative duties
  • Communicating effectively with patients in Japanese and English
  • Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and infection control standards within the clinic

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience or qualifications in nursing or clinical assistance
  • Bilingual in English and Japanese
  • Friendly and patient-oriented
  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred
  • Able to work based on the clinic's schedule, including weekends if required
