Job Description:

Ensure daily customer services and operations of both Air/Sea Import & Export requirements are met and executed in a timely manner.

  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and serve as the first point of contact
  • Collaborate with internal and external customers to deliver exceptional service
  • Manage customer expectations effectively
  • Coordinate corrective and preventative actions with relevant parties
  • Develop KPI reports and scorecards tailored to customer needs
  • Build and sustain rapport with customers to meet their requirements
  • Process Stock In/Out in SAP
  • Work on process improvements with internal teams
  • Assist in creating SOPs and work instructions for accounts
  • Support distribution and operational tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Secondary education or GCE ‘O’ Levels minimum
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Air and Sea operations, focusing on Customer Service
  • Proficient in written and spoken English
