Overview Title: Customer Service Specialist - Fresher OR Recent Graduate Contract: 6 months (with possible extension)Salary: SGD 2,100 per month Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Audit Associate to support the Internal Audit team. The role involves assisting auditors with data entry, document management, audit preparation, and administrative support. This position is ideal for individuals who are motivated, adaptable, and eager to build a career in auditing and compliance. Key Responsibilities Perform typing and data entry from documents, audio, or written records into standard templates for administrative purposes. Gather and compile data and information required for each audit assignment, ensuring accurate updates in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint templates. Retrieve and organize records to support auditors during audit reviews. Conduct simple checks, such as identifying specific items in documents (through searches or visual review) for auditors' attention. Handle scanning, photocopying, and printing of audit-related documents. Organize and maintain audit files in a systematic manner under the guidance of auditors. Provide general administrative support to the Internal Audit team. Perform any other tasks as assigned to facilitate smooth audit operations. Requirements Minimum A Levels or Diploma in Accounting, Business Studies, or related fields (fresh graduates with no prior experience are welcome to apply). Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail. Good organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to apply logical and critical thinking with objective judgment. Self-motivated, adaptable, and a strong team player with a continuous learning attitude. Positive work attitude with high levels of commitment and initiative. High standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism. Strong report writing and presentation skills are an advantage. #J-18808-Ljbffr
