Brief Overview Of The Role
As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will act as a trusted advisor, managing all aspects of the customer lifecycle. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring successful deployment of X0PA AI's platform and products while driving customer satisfaction and happiness. You will also manage the alignment of customers' long-term goals with X0PA AI's products and services.

Key Responsibilities
Managing the entire customer lifecycle (from deployment to product adoption)
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders
Closely manage and nurture accounts
Propose development strategies for customers' expanded usage of solutions
Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value
Minimize customer churn
Conduct on-boarding and product demonstrations for new and existing customers
Analyze customer
