Job Description & Requirements SolarGy is a leading Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) company , dedicated to providing sustainable and high-quality solar energy solutions. Our expertise covers the entire project lifecycle, from design and installation to maintenance and compliance. Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fresh Graduate Executive to support our project coordination, quality assurance, and sustainability efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth DOC (Declaration of Compliance) inspections , maintaining QA/QC standards , and tracking project performance and assisting in tender documentation . It offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands‐on experience in the solar energy sector while working with engineers, customers, and regulatory bodies . Key Responsibilities: 1. Project DOC Inspection Coordination Liaise with customers on shipment schedules and project details. Coordinate inspection dates with internal engineers and SETSCO officers . Ensure all necessary documentation is prepared for inspection and compliance approval . 2. QA/QC Checks & Documentation Review and verify project documents for accuracy and ISO compliance . Organize and maintain project filing systems to ensure completeness and accessibility. Assist in quality control checks to uphold industry and company standards. 3. Project Records & Energy Generation Updates Maintain and update project records in Excel and company webpage. Track and report solar energy generation data on the company website. 4. Sustainability Initiatives & Reporting Lead the company's sustainability efforts , including data collection and analysis. Prepare sustainability reports and publish updates on the company website . 5. Tender Support & Submission Assist in preparing tender documents and ensure all required information is included. Double-check all submissions for accuracy and compliance with tender requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary documentation and approvals. 6. Ad Hoc Projects & Support Assist in other company projects and operational tasks as required. Requirements: Diploma in an Engineering field (Electrical, Renewable Energy, or related discipline preferred). Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate with various stakeholders. Detail-oriented with willingness to understand documentation and quality control . Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to manage data records.
