Overview
Liquidity Manager – eTrading | Singapore or Sydney | Permanent
EC1 Partners is working with a leading global electronic trading firm to hire a
Liquidity Manager . This is a senior role with responsibility for managing and optimising relationships with liquidity providers (LPs) and banks, ensuring best execution and robust pricing strategies across eTrading and eFX.
Key Responsibilities
Lead liquidity management strategy across multiple asset classes with a focus on eFX.
Build, maintain, and optimise relationships with banks, liquidity providers, and key counterparties.
Analyse and manage pricing data to enhance execution quality.
Monitor and optimise liquidity performance to ensure competitive pricing and resilience.
Collaborate with trading, technology, and product teams to enhance connectivity and market access.
Provide leadership in shaping liquidity strategy for APAC markets.
Requirements
Strong experience in electronic trading and eFX markets.
Proven network and relationships with banks and liquidity providers.
Solid understanding of pricing, execution, and liquidity flows.
Technical proficiency in
Python
and/or
SQL
to support data-driven decision-making.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the gravitas to influence across teams.
Based in or willing to relocate to
Singapore
or
Sydney .
