We are seeking a highly motivated
ALM & Liquidity Risk Manager
to join our Risk Management team at RHB Banking Group. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing Asset Liability Management (ALM) and liquidity risk functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. You will work closely with Treasury, Finance, and Risk teams to provide advisory support, monitor risk metrics, and contribute to strategic initiatives including stress testing and regulatory reporting.
What you will be doing
Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders including Treasury, operational, processing, and financial reporting units.
Provide advisory support on liquidity risk and ALM-related matters.
Ensure accurate reporting and monitoring of liquidity risk and ALM limits, with appropriate escalation protocols.
Enforce Group ALM policies and frameworks, and develop sound risk policies tailored to the Singapore regulatory environment.
Participate in balance sheet stress testing, assumption formation, impact assessment, and mitigation planning.
Monitor compliance with control measures and conduct relevant stress testing.
Ensure adherence to BNM/MAS guidelines on liquidity risk management and provide early alerts on non-conformance.
Prepare meeting minutes and analytical reports for SG ALCO and Group ALCO.
Support coordination of SCEL, VaR, and other risk metrics related to equity capital market activities for the Singapore Branch.
What we're looking for
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in Liquidity Risk, Balance Sheet Management, Basel initiatives, Treasury, or related functions within established financial institutions.
Strong understanding of equity capital market activities and Singapore market regulations.
Familiarity with Basel II/III regulatory reporting (e.g., LCR, IRRBB, NSFR) and liquidity risk management practices.
Strong numeracy and data analysis skills.
Ability to align with the Group’s strategic objectives and financial services landscape.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
