We are seeking a skilled and reliable Truck Driver to join our logistics team. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for executing instructions/orders from the controller for daily import and export collection and returning tasks.

Your primary duties will include collecting and delivering cargo to customer premises, including proper loading/unloading at loading terminals. You must comply with LTA traffic regulations, safety standards, and maintain a safe driving record. Additionally, you will collect and return empty containers/ISO Tanks to and from container yards, drive and operate prime movers safely and proficiently within PSA's container terminals, and handle various logistics-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute Instructions/Orders: Execute instructions/orders from the controller for daily import and export collection and returning tasks.
  • Collect and Deliver Cargo: Collect and deliver cargo to customer premises, including proper loading/unloading at loading terminals.
  • Comply with Traffic Regulations: Comply with LTA traffic regulations, safety standards, and maintain a safe driving record.
  • Collections and Returns: Collection and returning of empty containers/ISO Tanks to and from container yard.
  • Prime Mover Operation: Drive and operate prime mover safely and proficiently within PSA's container Terminals.

Requirements:

  • Valid Driving License: Valid Singapore driving license for Class 4/5.
  • Driving Experience: Min 1 year experience in Prime Mover driving.
  • English Proficiency: Able to speak and write English.
  • Procedures Familiarity: Familiar with PSA/Jurong Port procedures.
  • Route Knowledge: Familiar with Singapore routes and driving regulations.
  • Operational Knowledge: Familiar with container yard operations.
  • Personal Qualities: Responsible, punctual, and reliable.
  • Work Schedule: Willing to work on early morning shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.
