What You’ll Do Ensure integrated messaging and support for all public affairs initiatives, internally and externally, and across MPA-APAC’s online platforms. Draft and edit communications materials (press releases, media kits, video clips, social copy, presentations, backgrounders, talking points, FAQs, briefing notes etc.). Manage and update social media platforms and website content. Assist with events, meetings, and digital asset management. Produce creatives (graphics, data visualisation, infographics, illustrations) to support campaigns. Support media outreach, monitoring, and reporting. Administrative duties, data management, internal and external reporting on MPA-APAC activities, events, initiatives, and matters of interest to global MPA colleagues and members. What We’re Looking For 1-5 years’ experience in communications, Public Relations, social media, or related fields. Confident communicator who can engage with stakeholders at all levels. A self-starter with creativity, attention to detail, and great teamwork. Forward-thinking and proactive, with the ability to anticipate opportunities and challenges. Curious and creative, always seeking new ideas and approaches to strengthen communications impact. Strong writing, editing, and organizational skills. Advanced proficiency in visual storytelling and standout design skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic Adobe Creative Suite as well as emerging tools such as Canva, and social media analytics. Bonus skills: website management, knowledge of Asian languages, enthusiasm for creative industries.
