Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic team member to join our front of house team. As a Server and Barista Assistant, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing a variety of cold and hot drinks, and maintaining a tidy and hygienic workstation.
  • Serve food from pass to table, Clear tables and turnover for next guest.
  • Prepare a variety of cold and hot drinks as we introduce this fresh beverage offering, with a focus on quality and consistency.
  • Keep stock of necessary ingredients to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Serve beverages to customers, providing friendly and attentive service.
  • Wash cups and assist with general cleanup to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Support the counter staff when needed, particularly during peak hours.
  • Maintain a tidy and hygienic workstation, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Key skills include:
