Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer to join our team. This role will be responsible for assisting the principal in design development and project management, leading project delivery from concept to completion, and coordinating with consultants and clients to resolve design and technical issues.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree or diploma in architecture or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design. You should also have strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations, as well as proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite.

  • Degree/Diploma in Architecture or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architectural design
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore's local codes, regulations, and submission processes (URA, BCA, SCDF, PUB, LTA, NEA, Nparks, etc.)
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Suite
