The Legal team is responsible for managing the legal affairs of the company, including providing legal counsel across the organization, handling disputes, and creating and enforcing intellectual property.

is looking for a dynamic, results-oriented
Associate Privacy Counsel
or experienced privacy professional to support ResMed's mission to improve the quality of life of our patients, customers, and partners. As part of ResMed's product & privacy legal team, you will provide first-class support to ResMed's product owners, business functions, and internal clients.
Let's talk about the role:
You are a problem-solving lawyer or experienced privacy professional with a passion for privacy and drive to deliver value to internal stakeholders. You have a genuine interest in digital health technology solutions and, preferably, some experience working in technology or healthcare. You are comfortable partnering with business stakeholders to enable initiatives while minimizing risk and applying privacy-by-design principles.
You thrive in fast-paced, evolving, and diverse work environments. You are agile, curious, and results oriented. You value the "how" in achieving results and are self-aware, caring, collaborative,
and strive for excellence.
Responsibilities:
Work as part of a global privacy team to to ensure ResMed's products, services, platforms, and technology comply with applicable laws and privacy-by-design principles.
Establish and maintain working relationships with internal stakeholders, and work proactively to identify, mitigate, and address risks.
Analyze products and initiatives to provide practical legal support, risk mitigation, and privacy risk assessment with a global and customer-centric mindset.
Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements or analyses required to enable product development.
