Roles & Responsibilities Location: Novena Work Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours Contract Duration: 1 Year Salary: $4,800 per month (Fixed) About the Role My client is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to support the coordination and implementation of key initiatives under Singapore’s One Health Master Plan. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a national effort that brings together multiple sectors — including food safety, public health, animal health, and environmental protection — to strengthen Singapore’s resilience against future health threats. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating cross-agency efforts, conducting research, and supporting stakeholder engagement activities that advance the country’s One Health agenda. Key Responsibilities Programme Support & Coordination (35%) Coordinate One Health initiatives across domains such as food safety, animal-borne and vector-borne diseases, environmental hazards, and system enablers. Support the implementation of domain-specific programmes and inter-agency working groups. Track progress, prepare updates, and ensure alignment with international frameworks. Research & Documentation (30%) Conduct literature reviews on One Health topics such as zoonotic diseases, food safety, and environmental health. Prepare scientific reports, briefing papers, and communication materials. Support horizon scanning activities and contribute to evidence-based recommendations. Stakeholder Engagement & Events (20%) Assist in coordinating partnerships with domestic and international stakeholders. Support the planning and delivery of workshops, meetings, and capacity-building events. Contribute to outreach and communications, including content for public education and World One Health Day campaigns. Administrative & Secretariat Support (15%) Provide administrative and logistical support for committees and governance meetings. Manage documentation, meeting notes, and stakeholder contact lists. Assist with project tracking and presentation preparation. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Life Sciences, Veterinary Science, Environmental Science , or a related field. 2 to 12 years of relevant experience in public health, research, policy support, or programme coordination . Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders. Postgraduate qualifications and prior experience in government, healthcare, or research sectors will be advantageous. Why Join Us?
