Adventure Tree Preschool is seeking for a truly passionate, dynamic and caring Center Principal who wants to make a difference in children's learning. You will be part of an exciting project with a real opportunity for growth and personal developmentRoles and responsibilities Responsible for all aspects of the programme; operations, business, estate management, curriculum, office management and administration, staff management, training and development, event management, enrolment and marketing, advocacy and networking activities.Curriculum leadership Works alongside the Head of Curriculum to maintains the consistency and quality in curriculum standards and deliverables through monitoring of the quality of planning, teaching, evaluation and assessment. This also includes ensuring that resources in terms of physical furnishings, facilities, classroom environment and teaching materials are available to support the teaching and learning process.Operation excellence Responsible for excellence and quality standards pertaining to children's health, hygiene and safety practices, and ensuring that SOPs for administrative and recording pertaining to these operational functions are consistently delivered at an optimal level, and meet licensing standards.Staff management and development Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competenciesManage staff welfare, team building and bonding activities, continuous learning, training and development of all levels of staff.Business continuity and enrolment Manage enrolment, budget and achievement of financial targets. He/ She actively promotes and markets the programme to support the continuous enrolment stability and growth.Building relations Establish parent-school collaborations and partnerships that prioritize on building trust and confidence and maintaining ongoing parent communication and parent engagement.Promotes and advocates the brand through advocacy initiatives, school and community events as well as home-school partnership and parent education programmes.We offer low staff-teacher ratio, work life balance benefit and opportunities for professional growth and developmentQualifications Must possess Advance Diploma in Early Childhood Education in Leadership Certificate Excellent communication skills Strong interpersonal skills, work with all levels of staff, professionals, parents and families, and community partners from diverse nationalities and cultures Mini 10 years of early childhood experience; 5 years specifically in a management and leadership position Location: East SingaporeWe prefer candidates who are team players, love to work with children and are meticulous in their daily work.
