Project Coordinator - Vulnerability Management
Job Description:
The ideal candidate must have strong organizational skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders, with a solid background in IT security. They will be responsible for coordinating regional projects related to vulnerability management, establishing governance, and overseeing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate activities with regional teams on global vulnerability and compliance management projects.
- Assist in setting up project governance for all departments under IT Operations, focusing on improvement, new processes, and procedures.
- Oversee operations such as scoping, scanning, reporting, and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Partner with local stakeholders to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Support Business IT departments' remediation activities and oversee governance.
- Identify, report, and address security risks arising from vulnerabilities and compliance deviations.
- Report regularly to Programme Lead and align actions with the overall vision and plans for APAC IVM.
- Organize and facilitate training and awareness sessions with regional and local stakeholders on IVM tools and reports.
- Draft materials to promote adoption and engagement with IVM tools, reports, and procedures.
- Manage the IVM Project Task Force and extended contributors on behalf of the Programme Lead.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including local, regional, and global IT teams, business IT teams, and C-level executives.
