Roles & Responsibilities

Our Client, a Well-reputed Company is seeking to recruit a Corporate Events Planner (Senior Executive / Executive)

Summary: The position will be involved in all aspects of event, meeting and meaningful correspondence from start to finish of the event. Responsible for successful delivery of the event, ensure smooth communication with stakeholders, vendors, manage registration desk and the onsite team.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in end-to-end cycle for Corporate events (E.g. Award Ceremonies, Conferences, Product Launches, Seminars, etc.)
  • Sourcing and evaluation of vendors
  • Manage event design and production
  • Manage transportation requirements, F&B setup and dietary requirements
  • Responsible for smooth flow of event including but not limited to registration management amongst others
  • Involved in digital event setup
  • Other duties as per assigned

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Events/Marketing or other related discipline
  • Possess at least 2 to 3 years of related Events Management experience, preferably with Corporate Events
  • Experience in Digital/Hybrid events
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player and ability to work independently
