Head Baker Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Head Baker to lead our team in crafting high-quality breads and viennoiseries.

Job Description:

As a Head Baker, you will oversee daily production, maintain quality standards, and inspire the team to pursue baking excellence. Your responsibilities will include leading the bakery team to ensure smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards in the production of sourdough breads, tin breads, croissants, cruffins, and other baked goods, engaging in mixing, shaping, baking, and lamination processes, guiding the production of preferments and curds with precision, ensuring proper packing, preparation, and presentation of finished products, upholding cleanliness and hygiene standards across the bakery and equipment, troubleshooting production challenges and implementing process improvements, collaborating with office and sales team to align output with demand, mentoring junior bakers and fostering a culture of learning, teamwork, and good communication.

  • Proven experience in artisan bread and viennoiserie production.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build a positive team culture.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
