Job Title: Maintenance and Engineering Professional
About the Role
  • We seek a skilled Maintenance and Engineering professional to provide comprehensive engineering support to our project team.
  • The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors on engineering issues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to the project team in executing projects successfully.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to resolve engineering-related challenges.
  • Coordinate activities with structural and architectural teams to address technical issues.
  • Participate in project meetings to ensure timely project completion.
  • Ensure effective documentation control and drawing management.
  • Produce and submit required engineering documents in a timely manner.
  • Plan and coordinate site activities to meet project deadlines.
  • Supervise engineers and subcontractors to ensure work is done according to approved plans.
  • Prepare accurate progress reports as required.
  • Arrange for testing and commissioning works.
  • Collaborate with consultants to develop inspection schedules.
  • Work closely with EHS to ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in project management and site coordination for building or civil projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with all levels of the team.
