Job Title: Maintenance and Engineering Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance and Engineering Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the execution of contracts, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining excellent site management and supervision skills.

  • This role involves managing installation progress, coordinating with clients, consultants, main contractors, subcontractors, and authorities to guarantee efficient project delivery.
  • The selected individual will guide and supervise Assistant Engineers or Supervisors, checking installation drawings and preparing relevant schedules.
  • In addition, this position requires cost estimation, budget control, and monitoring sub-contractor's progress claims, as well as ensuring quality control and adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is required.
  • Prior experience in site management and supervision is essential.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft and AutoCAD software is desirable.
