Project Management/Architect (Data Center/up to S$10k)
Our client, a well-known Japanese company is currently looking for a
Project Management/Architect .
Responsibilities
Oversee projects for a wide range of purposes, including offices, production facilities, laboratories, data centers, commercial facilities, hotels, and redevelopment
Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment
Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met
Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to address challenges proactively
Requirements
Equivalent accreditation from recognized professional bodies such as the Board of Architects (BOA) or PE
Experience in designing large properties and various purposes
Ability to use AutoCAD or Vectorworks
Possess a track record of designing and managing projects of Data Centres
