Overview Valuation & Advisory Director role at Cushman & Wakefield. Responsibilities Pitching and winning assignments for valuation & advisory team Prepare and write valuation reports on real estate properties and markets Gather, analyse and organize information systematically Conduct valuation assessments, market studies and write formal reports for all types of real estate properties, including commercial, industrial, land, hotel, residential and others; and any other ad-hoc projects as required Ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Valuation & Advisory Executive Director Coach and train junior valuers Take accountability and ownership of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards and outcomes Cross-sell other teams’ capabilities when opportunity arises About You Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Economics, or related field Professional accreditation or certification preferred (e.g. RICS, IVSC, CREA, or equivalent local licensing/registration) Skilled in valuation methods, market analysis, and report writing Strong communication and client pitching abilities Experience with various property types (commercial, residential, land, etc.) Ability to mentor junior staff and cross-sell services Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) standards Professional certifications (e.g. RICS) preferred Why join Cushman & Wakefield?
