System Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced system administrator to join our team.

  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and maintaining complex storage systems, including Dell EMC Isilon NAS storage. They will be responsible for configuring, managing, and maintaining quotas, replication, and snapshots.
  • A critical aspect of this role is designing and implementing enterprise-level backup and storage strategies that meet business requirements. The successful candidate will possess hands-on experience with Veeam Backup & Replication (v10 and above) and be proficient in creating and maintaining automation scripts and batch jobs for operational tasks.
  • This position also requires strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to align backup, recovery, and storage requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive backup strategies for critical systems.
  • Manage incidents/requests relating to Backup and Storage.
  • Coordinate with application, storage, and infrastructure teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficient in configuring and managing Veeam Backup & Replication (v10 and above).
  • In-depth knowledge of Dell EMC Isilon storage systems and administration.
  • Experience designing and implementing enterprise-level backup and storage strategies.
  • Familiarity with disaster recovery planning and RPO/RTO alignment.
  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
