Product Support Specialist with Polish

Responsibilities / Tasks Provide technical information on technical lubricant products via Phone, Email and Live Chat; Provide technical information on the application of technical lubrication products; Participate in administrative and reporting tasks; Provide technical information and support for Marine related queries; Working knowledge of software packages as MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint and MS Access knowledge are desired features of the incumbent; Maintain a strong working relationship with the co‐located Engineers and Field Engineers/Sales and other related teams; Very Good Communication and Customer Service Skills, Empathy, Listening skills. Experience / Exposure previous experience is advantage Education / Certification High school degree is a must; University degree (Bachelor and/or Master) is an advantage. Key Skills Required Proficient in English as well as Fluency in Polish - B2/C1 proficiency; Related Technical or Engineering Degree (technical background in Marine, Aviation or Automobile industry will be considered as big plus)Interest in the oil and gas industry with focus on lubricant and fuels products; PC literacy, confident in use of MS Office (experience with Amazon apps and SalesForce will be considered as an advantage)Self‐motivated and willing to learn new skills; Adaptable to a changing environment; Organized with attention to details; Apply Now Resume Upload File Extension Allowed: Pdf, Doc, Docx | Max File Size: 2MB #J-18808-Ljbffr
