Job Title: Field Service Technician

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of repair and installation projects within the marine industry.

In this role, you will be tasked with managing and coordinating repair and installation projects from start to finish. This includes planning manpower allocation, overseeing workshop operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate repair and installation projects, including tasks such as door and window repairs.
  • Oversee operations within the workshop to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Plan and allocate manpower effectively to meet project demands.
  • Ensure that all operations are conducted in compliance with relevant safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in managing the operations team to achieve organizational goals.
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by superiors as needed.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of an ITE/Diploma certificate or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience in the marine industry, with valid skills and/or safety certifications.
  • Possession of a valid Class 3 license is advantageous.
  • Availability to work weekends if required.
