Job Title: Senior Project Lead - Civil & Structural Engineering

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading and managing large-scale construction projects from conceptualization to completion.

With a strong background in civil and structural engineering, you will be responsible for overseeing project planning, budgeting, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams to achieve project objectives;
  • Develop and implement project plans, budgets, and schedules;
  • Maintain close relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure high-quality deliverables and excellent customer service;
  • Collaborate with technical experts to resolve complex design and engineering issues;
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies;
  • Provide regular progress reports to management and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field;
  • At least 8 years of experience in a similar role with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects on time and within budget;
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
  • Familiarity with relevant software applications and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Project.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field;
  • Professional certifications, such as PEng or PE;
  • Experience with construction management software, such as Procore or CMIC;
  • Knowledge of green building principles and sustainable practices.
