Job Title: Operational Management Professional

Description

The Operational Management Professional oversees the daily operations and activities of the Hotel department. They liaise with the director on planning and execution of tasks/projects, ensuring seamless coordination and successful project delivery.

In addition to their core responsibilities, the Operational Management Professional is responsible for liaising with the HR Department for manpower planning and conducting interviews when required. They also assist the HR and Director in developing and improving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

As a key liaison between management and staff, the Operational Management Professional plays a critical role in resolving conflicts and mediating disputes between employees. They are also responsible for attending to customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • To oversee daily operation and activity for Hotel department
  • Liaise with director on planning and execution of tasks/projects
  • Liaise with HR Department for manpower planning and if required conduct interview.
  • Assist HR & Director to develop and improve KPI's
  • Act as a communication conduit between management and staff.
  • Resolve conflicts and mediate disputes between employees.
  • Attend to complaints and ensure customers' satisfaction

Requirements

To excel in this role, candidates must be able to work in islandwide locations and be willing to travel frequently. They should also be able to work overtime, including weekends and public holidays. A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a related field is essential, along with excellent interpersonal skills.
