Job Title: Operations Management Professional
As an experienced Operations Management Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and efficient production processes by effectively managing resources, tracking performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to boost productivity and minimize waste.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage departmental staffing levels and operational budgets
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to regulatory requirements
- Leverage reduction and closure of ECRs to optimize production operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and industry standards
- Oversee production operations and lead teams towards optimal performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in chemical manufacturing with 5+ years in a similar role
- Familiarity with ISO certification processes and strong knowledge of chemical plant management
- Excellent understanding of ESH regulations and MS Office proficiency
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
