Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction. Greet and interact with guests, especially Italian-speaking customers, to ensure a personalized and welcoming experience. Manage, train, and schedule front-of-house staff. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure quality control and timely service. Handle guest complaints and feedback in a professional and proactive manner. Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships. Ensure all health, safety, and hygiene standards are maintained. Drive sales and support marketing initiatives to attract Italian-speaking clientele. Prepare and analyze financial and operational reports. Uphold the brand image and values of the restaurant. Requirements: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role in hospitality. Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written) is essential. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
