As part of the regional FP&A team, the successful candidate will work directly with the Head of FP&A, supporting decision-making at the highest level across Asia. This is a broad and impactful role, offering exposure to complex business dynamics and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities The Senior FP&A Analyst will support the business across three core areas: 1. Financial Performance & Historical Analysis Conduct variance and trend analysis to provide insights into key performance drivers Develop and enhance internal reporting tools and dashboards Work closely with stakeholders across finance and business units to ensure robust and accurate analysis 2. Strategic Planning & Forecasting Support the development of long-term financial plans (3- to 5-year outlook)Assist in the annual budgeting process and rolling forecasts Deliver forward-looking financial models to support strategic priorities and scenario planning 3. Project-Based Work Participate in special projects including M&A, capital investments, and business transformation initiatives Conduct financial modelling, investment appraisals, and ROI assessments Work cross-functionally to deliver insights on business performance and future growth opportunities Candidate Profile We are seeking candidates who bring a balance of technical capability, business acumen, and a growth mindset. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline 3–5 years of commercial FP&A experience, ideally within a multinational or complex business environment Strong financial modelling and Excel capabilities; exposure to BI/reporting tools will be an advantage Analytical and inquisitive, with the confidence to challenge assumptions and ask the right questions Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across functions To submit your application, please apply via this post or email your CV to .
