Job Title:
Senior Financial Analyst

Summary of Job Responsibilities:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulations. You will also manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you will analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities Include:
Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with accounting standards and regulations
Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support strategic decision-making
Coordinate with internal and external auditors to facilitate audit processes
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax planning and reporting
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance efficiency
Lead and mentor junior accounting staff, providing guidance and support
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial operations

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis
Strong knowledge of GAAP and IFRS standards
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in financial data management
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
