Key Responsibilities Costing & Inventory: Support global cost and inventory accounting and reporting activities Manage work order status, ensure timely job closing and accurate cost capture Analyse production cost variance and assist in inventory reconciliation Collaborate with operations team during cycle counts and investigate inventory variances Support costing process alignment between Singapore and Batam operations Perform cost roll-ups for new materials and components Maintain and update standard cost (material, labour, overhead) in ERP systems General Accounting: Process accounts payable invoices with accurate GL coding Assist in month-end closing activities including journal entries and accruals Maintain and update selected balance sheet schedules Support quarterly GST submissions and ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations Assist in preparation of documents and schedules for annual external audit Provide effective support to the manager in validating the accounting for periodic reporting Perform other ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned Requirements Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent Relevant experience in manufacturing costing and general accounting Hands-on experience in ERP systems Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to meet deadlines Possess strong skill in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions) Self-motivated with a positive attitude Good communication skills and a collaborative team player Bonus Skills Experience working with cross-border operations Familiarity with Epicor and/or JDE Understanding of BOM, routing, and cost structures in a production environment
