GovEVA is seeking a Growth Manager who will contribute to a mission-driven organization and help to drive policy impact through enterprise ESG initiatives. Interested candidates should apply or email with the subject line: Growth Manager.
Responsibilities
Scale ESG adoption across India Inc. and influence CXOs, Board Members, and ESG Leaders to understand the business value of sustainability solutions.
Drive high-stakes conversations, unlock enterprise deals by addressing ESG pain points, and expand into new sectors where ESG is now a necessity.
Excel in competitive evaluations, guide clients toward clarity, and establish yourself as a trusted ESG advisor.
Work with Chief Sustainability Officers and CFOs to create urgency in leads and take a proactive approach to sales.
Lead complex sales processes and design strategies rather than following existing playbooks.
Qualifications
Experience in leading complex sales processes and driving enterprise deals.
Ability to communicate effectively with senior executives (CxOs and CFOs) and build credibility across leadership teams.
Proactive, strategic thinker with a track record of design-led go-to-market or sales strategies.
