Job Responsibilities
Oversee in-house maintenance team for all daily maintenance issues and conduct daily inspection to ensure quality standards are being maintained.
Monitor submission of supervisors’ daily inspection and periodic cleaning reports.
Responsible for coordinating and improving efficiency of storage, transportation, space planning, event planning, and meeting room arrangement.
Review cleaners’ and landscapers’ deployment and duties for optimal use of manpower.
Regular inspections for conformance to service standards and expectations of cleanliness, waste management, landscape, and pest control.
Investigates complaints regarding housekeeping service and equipment and takes corrective action. Tenant engagement is a must for all feedbacks.
Monitor the cleaners’ schedule and ensure that they carry out their duties accordingly.
Coordinate with vendors for their training program for cleaners, landscapers, and pest control.
Coordinate and support events from setup requirements to logistical support including AV setup, liaise with onsite support team on layout, etc.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned including ad-hoc projects coordination for all sites if required.
